Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
Food Supplements & Sealed Products
For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed food supplements cannot be returned once the protective seal has been removed or broken.
Therefore, we cannot accept returns of food supplements that have been opened, unsealed, used, or otherwise tampered with after delivery.
If the product remains unopened and the seal is intact, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day period.
Return Shipping
Unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise not as ordered, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
Returned products should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Refunds

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may issue a refund without requiring the product to be returned, depending on the circumstances.
