Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of food supplements once the product has been opened or delivered.
All sales are final.
Please make sure to carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery at info@m17balance.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
To process a replacement or refund, please provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
We will review your case and respond within 3–5 business days.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only approved for cases where:
- The wrong product was sent, or
- The product arrived damaged or defective
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
